JC Urcuyo Parodi wants to continue where his Great Grandfather Lazaro Luigi Parodi Amico left off and revive the family name PARODI. Like his Great Grandfather, JC shares the same entrepreneurial spirit and love for the people of Nicaragua.
Lázaro Parodi entrepreneurial spirit gave him the courage to cross the Atlantic Ocean in search of glory. He was an engineer and visionary; however, unlike many of his “paisanos” (countrymen) that entered America through the Port of Ellis Island, New York, he decided to continue his journey to a remote country. He anchored his boat in Nicaragua, Central America, the place he would call home.
